Job Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Develop and maintain processes for undertaking key business analytics for all company functions.

2) Integrate information from a variety of sources, discern any complex underlying relationships and predict future patterns

3) Tackle business questions with data and curiosity diving below the surface to identify root cause(s)

4) Manage existing Management Information System (MIS) outputs to ensure consistent information supply in the required format/frequency and by adding additional insight into information produced to ensure a value added service to any information request to enhance business efficiencies

5) Evaluate business processes, key requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

6) Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

7) Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

8) Documenting and communicating the results of monthly business analysis.

9) Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

10) Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff for driving different initiates.

11) Implementing a weekly and monthly tracking and monitoring system on the delivery of key business projects in conjunction with all functions including creating the project management tracking methodology/protocol

12) Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.

13) Support and guide key deliverables for timely completion of projects.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

a) The ideal candidate must hold Masters degree in business or an MBA

b) First degree in Economics, Statistics or Business Administration or any Business related course from a recognized university.

c) Professional qualification in Business Analytical Tools will be an added advantage.

d) A minimum of six (6) years of relevant professional experience in Business Analytics, three (3) of which at a Middle Management level in a busy environment.

e) Working knowledge of ERP Systems is an added advantage.

f) Ability to independently plan and execute complex tasks while addressing daily management details and remaining organized and focused.

g) Ability to assess problems and develop solutions.

h) Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation plus excellent organization skills.

i) Exposure to project management tools and techniques would be an added advantage.
