Job Description

The Partnership Development Officer will be responsible for
maintaining and developing existing partnerships, whilst also
identifying new organizations to work with. S/he will take a leading
role liaising with partners to develop, deliver and evaluate projects.

The Partnership Development Officer will also work alongside
other staff for developing weekly plans and strategies to achieve
targets and meeting new target leads and converting them into
clients

Pre Sales & Networking
Market Research
Filtering and Analyzing Data & Leads
Setting up Meetings for MD with Network partners
Client Handling
Prepare reports
Local Traveling (where required to verify leads etc.) Key Skills:Qualification:
Any of the following:
BE/ MSc/ MBA
MBBS/ BHMS/ DHMS
Professional Degree in Healthcare Management
Maritime Degree/ experience

Skills:-
A demonstrable understanding of the healthcare domain
Experience of managing relationships and knowledge of
developing partnerships with other organizations
The ability to analyze and present information clearly and
experience of formulating project proposals
Demonstrable ability to organize and prioritize workload
Demonstrable ability to communicate at a high level, both
verbally and in writing
Demonstrable ability to work as part of a team and on own
initiative
Basic budgetary skills and able to work within limited
resources
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Access and Excel
Demonstrable ability to use databases and basic web
programming languages.

Experience :-
3-5 years of relevant experience.
