Responsibility:RBO will be responsible for:
1. Achieving customer acquisition and disbursement target for the assigned product
2. Achieving Portfolio Quality and Collections management targets for the assigned product.
3. Achieving cross-sell and fee income earning targets assigned to him/her.
Candidate Profile: A graduate/post graduate with experience of 1-2 years in retail lending with a reputed NBFC/Bank/MFI/Cooperative Society. Candidate should be fluent in local language and should have fair understanding of English language (reading/writing). Candidate should be proficient in MS Office. Age should not be more than 35 yrs.
Compensation: RBO will be in the range of monthly fixed salary of Rs.3.50lac. In addition RBO will receive monthly performance based incentive as per applicable policy. RBO will also be eligible for monthly mobile bill reimbursement and conveyance reimbursement of maximum as per policy.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
