Business Development Executive Location::Chennai Salary::UP To 4.5Lpa Responsibilities: â¢ Take direction from Regional Managerand also independently visit prospective sites for deployment of Our Company. â¢ Present the Our Company solution to prospective locations and report back reactions to proposal. â¢ Build a pipeline of prospective locations at various stages of business development/closure, and constantly interact with others in business development team to ensure alignment and coordinating. And ensure daily updates of activities in the CRM portal. â¢ Dedicated and systematic follow-ups, and nurturing of this pipeline of prospects towards positive closure and accepting the Our Company solution as a host. â¢ Prepares reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information.
Desired Skills: â¢ College graduates with 1+ year minimum experience in Business Development, Sales, Field Operations or Channel Marketing. â¢ Proficientin using search engines and business databases etc; to identify contacts and leads. â¢ Should have good presentation skills. â¢ Excellent spoken & written English communication skills and proficiency in regional languages. â¢ Flexible team player who is well organized and very professional. â¢ High energy and enthusiasm. Willing to work 6 days/week, long hours and weekends (a compensatory off will be given during weekdays as necessary â¢ Willingness to travel extensively in and around the city; locally visiting sites & clients on his own two-wheeler with legal driverâs license (travel expense will be reimbursed). â¢ Willingness to be compensated on a combination of a base fixed salary and a variable performance based bonus. â¢ Willing to work off-rolls as a consultant to company. â¢ Willingness to comply with real-time location and route tracking via GPS by installing & turning on a location tracking app on their 3G smart phone. â¢ Has a dual SIM smart phone with 3G facility (mobile allowance will be provided for 3G, local calls, SMS)

Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
