Job Profile: - Responsible For:-
(1) Agent Appointment – Develop various sources of agents hiring and build a team of agents.
(2) Agent Development – Work with agents on planning and reviewing of business activities and goals. Identify the training needs of the agents and work with trainers to improve the same. Field demonstration for agents.
(3) Meet Business Goals – Improve productivity of agents and maintain agent pro activity as per business plan. Planning and execution to achieve business goals.
(4) Customer Centricity – Ensure customer queries are responded satisfactorily as per company standard.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
(1) Minimum Graduate in any stream.
(2) Minimum 1-4 years of sales experience in any industry.
(3) Excellent communication skill with great leadership quality.
(4) Candidates who want to work in Team handling profile are most welcome.
