1. To find end user customers for products from Fragrance & Flavor Industry, Cosmetic Industry, Aromatherapy Industry, Personal Care or Pharmaceuticals.
2. To follow-up with the present active & non active customers to check new inquires for products .
3. To update customers with dispatched details of material or samples.
4. To follow-up & take update on the materials or samples received at their end.
5. To ensure all required documents like COA, MSDS, COO, Natural Certificate, etc., is also received at customers end for satisfactory service.
6.If sample gets approved & customer needs vendor registration formalities to be completed then getting all documents & formats filled by the concern person then check before submitting for approved vendor registration with the company.
7. If offer rate is approved or need negotiation then inform senior manager to advise accordingly for winning order to get PO as per the situation of the market & availability of the product etc.,
8. To do follow-up for the payment of supplied material & get payment on time.
9. To make sales plan for achieving monthly sale target, quarterly sales target & finally annual sales target.
10. To make sales plan for the filling sales deficit if any in monthly or quarterly Targets.
11. To get renewal of all required annual subscription like website, Halal Certificate, etc.,
12. To plan business meeting for seniors attending seminars or conference domestic or international.
13. To plan business tours for follow-up of the Imp customers or for winning good order from them.
14. To prepare Monthly/Quarterly/Annually Sales Vs Achievement reports.
15. To prepare Customers wise Target Achievement.
16. To prepare Product wise Target Achievement.
17. To prepare Annual Target every year for JAN to DEC.
18. To get approval for all Targets from seniors for Annual Budget Planning.
