- New acquisition (Lead Generation) of clients of all verticals for providing end-to end HR services.
- Responsible for lead generation and opportunities.
- Strong efficiency in doing cold calls to target accounts.
- Maintain and update the account/lead database.
- Analyze customer business needs and map them to product and professional service.
- Track and analyse Target vs. Achievement of each account.
- Preparing Business Plan, Budget negotiations.
- Focus on achieving predefined sales target and growth.
- Exploring business potential, opportunities & clientele to secure profitable business volumes.
- Identifying and networking with prospective clients & generating business from existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
- Sourcing / searching / fetching CVs from the job portals like Nakur, Monster, Times etc, in respective of Job Requirement. Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results.
- Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline for Client Interview and other process.
- Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.
- Assisting in generating leads from conversations with candidates.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc)
- Responsibilities on Clients and Candidates Communication, Phone & E-Mail.
