Required Skills:

2+ Years of experience in Business Development, US Staffing and Recruitment

New Business Development and Account Management direct as well as Tier-1 clients

Top Management / Client facing capabilities

Proven Track Record in Business development

Team handling capabilities

Well versed with IT/Technology

Excellent verbal and written communicative skills

Responsibilities: 
Lead Generation
Experience selling professional technology services on a staff-augmentation basis.

Represent the organization for new business and relationship development in the IT Services and outsourcing industry, targeting direct clients and build company market position by creating new revenue streams to augment business growth.

Responsible for constant interaction with Direct Customers/Clients.

Define and implement strategies that will help company to move up the value chain from staff augmentation to become a strategic solution provider to direct clients.

Huge plus if you could leverage your existing book of business for an aggressive immediate capture strategy.

Looking for a highly energetic, hunter mentality must be very comfortable working in a startup environment.

Coordinating with the team on regular submissions

Coordinating with client and supporting them by submitting professional resources for their requirement.

Regular follow up on submission and implementing new strategies to on board new clients
