Position: Business Development Executive – Lead Generation & Marketing

CTC: 1.2 to 1.4 lacs + Perks

Job Details:

 Researching and analyzing the target companies for Staffing & Recruitment Business across Indian & International Markets through selective primary market research.

 Company profiling, landscaping and in depth industry analysis, identifying key people contacts.

 Generating Leads for Sales Team through various Business directories, Campaigns, Social Media. LinkedIn, job boards, indeed, social media, boolean searches.

 Data Cleansing and Data Validation.

 Designing mailers and presentations for campaigns and events to identify appropriate prospects within the target market.

 Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

 Fixing up business Meeting with the Prospective Clients & converting Prospects to Business.

 Good Relationship with Prospects and Clients

 Create Email Campaign and monitor the Campaign Status and deliver reports accordingly.

 Making use of DB Portals DiscoverOrg, Hoovers,Zoom info,Jigsaw, Connect Data,Data guru, Inside View and LinkedIn.

 Identifying new sales leads (Lead Generation)

 Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
