As a Business Development Executive (International Sales), you would be responsible for prospecting the right set of companies and generate qualified leads. Analyzing the prospective client (companies) by understanding their domain, market share, current pipeline, etc. KRA:Initiate Contingent Workforce, Independent Contractor, Payrolling, Staffing, sales strategies, to influence the market.Explore the Contingent Workforce and Staffing business environment to identify new opportunities through strategic analysis.Build and maintain excellent relationships with prospective companies and generate leads/appointment with the Business HeadUtilize tools like Email, Phone, LinkedIn and available social media platforms during outbound and inside sales to reach the key persons of companies and generate interest in ACS Group workforce management and staffing solutionsIntelligently prepare the database of eligible companies which make a fit for consuming ACS Group solutionsKey Skills:Prospecting of clientsGood oral and written communication skillsListening skills very importantLead generationCommunicating with Key decision makersAppointment GenerationBuild and maintain strong client relationshipSocial Media Marketing ActivitiesStrong people and phone skills are requiredDemonstrate proficiency in using all appropriate systems, tools, and processesComfortable working in night shift (US shift 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)Microsoft suite skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
