Job Description
As a Business Development Executive (International Sales), you would be responsible for prospecting the right set of companies and generate qualified leads. Analyzing the prospective client (companies) by understanding their domain, market share, current pipeline, etc.KRA: Initiate Contingent Workforce, Independent Contractor, Payrolling, Staffing, sales strategies, to influence the market. Explore the Contingent Workforce and Staffing business environment to identify new opportunities through strategic analysis. Build and maintain excellent relationships with prospective companies and generate leads/appointment with the Business Head Utilize tools like Email, Phone, LinkedIn and available social media platforms during outbound and inside sales to reach the key persons of companies and generate interest in ACS Group workforce management and staffing solutions Intelligently prepare the database of eligible companies which make a fit for consuming ACS Group solutionsKey Skills: Prospecting of clients Good oral and written communication skills Listening skills very important Lead generation Communicating with Key decision makers Appointment Generation Build and maintain strong client relationship Social Media Marketing Activities Strong people and phone skills are required Demonstrate proficiency in using all appropriate systems, tools, and processes Comfortable working in night shift (US shift 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM) Microsoft suite skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
