Job Title: Business Development
Qualifications: MBA Marketing/International Business
Experience: 3-4 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible to assess customer needs.
Document project requirements and develop project proposals.
Perform presales activities like efforts estimation and preparing technical proposals.
Should have experience in international cold calling/outbound calling.
Handling any additional responsibilities as and when assigned by the Reporting Authority.
Should have experience in email marketing.
Will be responsible for Business Development, Competitive Analysis, Market research. Managing events for branding and promotions through social media.
The ability to think strategically, brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and drive solid results to grow the business.
Other skills required:
Contribute to social media engagement and work on brand visibility through innovative ideas on social platforms.
Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums.
Develop best practices to increase contacts, driving opt-ins via web and other digital channels, understand and adhere to opt-in constraints and regulations in targeted countries around the world.
KRA’s also includes Bid Management and maintaining sales ratio, Create solution strategy, identify tools & methodologies.
Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with all levels of an organization.
