Job Description
Dominant Skill:

• Active Directory migrations and upgrade.

• Business and Technical analysis.

• Strong communication and management skills.

Scope of work:

• Overall experience of close 7-10 years.

• #SME of the technology and the RBS business process Application migrations across AD domains.

• Good knowledge on connect direct file transfer mechanism.

• Serve as a single point of contact for the customer for all design oriented Technical queries related to the project.

• Drive, track, communicate and resolve queries.

• Design and technical discussions with the customer.

• Possess a mix of Dev, Test and architect skills to interact with customer counterparts and get quick resolution to clarifications / issues quickly.

• Presents the face of offshore to onsite and customer effectively building trust on offshore activities and competencies (alleviating the time zone and cultural differences).

• Ensure smooth communication between onsite and offshore at task, clarification and issue level.

• Trusted advisor on Microsoft Technologies.

• Review delivery templates and coordinate the customer sign off.

• Verify the information/applications received from client before sharing with offshore.

• Participate and contribute in project design workshops.

• Inform and consult with Project manager about any scope or schedule changes.

• Track, communicate and resolve queries with client.

• Drive customer priorities and ensure timely delivery.

• Coordinate and Track UAT progress.

• Assist in resolve issues identified during customer testing / UAT.

• Ensure deliverables are appropriately signed off by customer Create and submit weekly status report to the project stake holders

• Provide daily task status to stakeholders

Soft skills required:

• Good customer facing skills

• Highly organized and able to tackle things without supervision

• Business and Technical analysis.

• Active Directory upgrade and server migrations background and someone who had performed onshore coordinator roles.
