Responsibilities for page layouts, content formatting, CSS creation, HTML files converted from Photoshop documents, design custom graphics and any other projects undertaken within a team setting.
Branding planning and execution
Maintains brand integrity across product lines, advertising, and all other internal and external communication.
Collaborates with sales, editorial, marketing, design and operations to execute specific marketing plans for each assigned title.
Develop and execute creative in support of the brands and related products.
Manages the day-to-day activities associated to all marketing efforts, including, Project management, creative development, cross-functional implementation, campaign tracking and reporting as necessary.
Assist with management of third party agencies, vendors & consultants.
Also, gives inputs for developing the Company Brand.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
