Job Description
The role involves:

1. Providing leadership to the Branch and enabling it to meet their revenue and profitability targets.

2. Ensuring 100% manning at FLS levels through constant hiring and attrition control.

3. Overseeing the Induction and continuous Training & Development of FLS, & equipping them to meet their KRAs.

4. Ensuring channel development & distribution management by way of recruiting Insurance Agents

5. Ensuring early success and ongoing activation of agents, helping them with prospecting and lead generation activities, monitoring their NOPs, Average Case Size, Productivity, Product Mix etc.

6. Liaison with support functions – HR, Operations, Training, Marketing, Customer Services etc. to ensure smooth functioning at Branch Level.

7. Constant monitoring & review of Team performance.

8. Coordinate with HO for Login and Issuance of policies.

9. Provide Feedback to the Leadership team, including that at the Regional Office.
