Planning and executing Branch sales strategy for all products and Cross Selling. Collaborate with District Manager and Division Head to align Branch Strategy with Overall business goals Sharing branch portfolio details on various parameters (Disbursals, Delinquencies, Cross Selling etc.) with Supervisors and top management as and when required Driving collections activities for Loan Against Gold for disbursals from their branch Driving marketing activities, customer activation in market Train and develop branch staff to achieve business targets Updating procedures to keep in line with product and policy guidelines from time to time Ensure all changes in Product and Policy Guidelines from Product team are implemented in branch, and a monthly implementation report detailing actions taken is shared with the Product team Ensure zero delinquency and full compliance with audit norms Ensuring all branch assets are functioning including CCTV camera and intimate the administration department in case of any issues Ensuring all changes of staff or branch assets are done as per the designation memo, and the changes are updated to the various stakeholders on a timely basis In charge of branch vault along with Chief Valuer, ensure safe custody of its assets and daly checks of cash balance in vault Managing auction of delinquent assets Supporting staffing needs for branch operations and frontline sales Would be responsible for Profitability and productivity of the Branch Key Skills:Product Line - Loan against property and Loan against Gold
Mandatory: Experience in Product Line Loan against property.
Current designation should be either an Assistant Manager or BM designation. Do not add candidates who are at executive level
Team handling experience is a must.
Age - 35 years MAX
This would require direct sales and field work.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
