  • Delivery of annual Branch goal sheet
  • Driving sales numbers on company provided leads and prospects
  • Team of 2 to 4 Managers and 10 to 15 Relationship Managers
  • Responsible for branch P&L
  • Job involves joint field work and sales calls
  • Ensuring team is updated on training modules internally developed by the company
  • Ensuring that customer benefit is always kept in mind.
  • Manage team motivation and morale

Desired Qualities
  • Talented and dynamic individual with good selling skills. Sales will be done through HOT leads.
  • Should have experience of handling a team and driving business through them.
  • Hardworking.
  • Smart & hardworking.
