Job Description
Designation:- 

Customer Service - Voice (VS) - 5 Openings

Inbound travel calling process.

CS & Sales travel calls from UK/ US customers.

Selling Air, Hotel, Reservation and Vacation Packages to customers.

Handling Post Booking queries like seat assignment / baggage inquiries/ date change / cancellations.

First Call Resolution.

Desired Profile:-

1. Candidate should have excellent communication skills.

2. Candidate should be GRADUATE/UNDERGRADUATE.

3. Candidate should have minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice process.

4. Candidate should be flexible for 24*7 shifts.

5. Candidate who can join asap can apply.

6. IATA / AMEDEUS / ANY TRAVEL CERTIFIED COURSES WOULD BE PREFERRED.

Experience:-

Graduate/Undergraduate must have 6 months of exp.
