Provide support in Sales of Life Insurance business through bank customers at bank branches across assigned locationsAchieve the assigned target in terms of revenueImplement all sales initiatives so as to meet its objectives Day to day activities of channel managementConduct out of office calls as per the defined Sales Activity Management.Adherence to the sales management process.Conducting business development activities viz lead generation etc.Need to be immediately certified as IRDA specified person on joiningInteract regularly with the channels at agreed levels to have a committed and a partnership based relationship. Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
