Ideal Candidate must have excellent ability for:
Strategizing the development of business plans and formulation of strategies for the respective region penetration.
Provide a strong strategic leadership, formulating short and long-term business and sales strategies, to enhance company competitiveness in the region.
Analyze the region for the company's offerings; present a Feasible Budget and a Realistic Business Plan and targets.
Set challenging and motivating business goals for the region that are aligned with organisation corporate and business objectives.
Facilitate the achievement of timeline and quality objectives for all deliverables established in the business goals.
Gather region intelligence on competitors and customer behaviour to ensure business strategies remains relevant at all time. Work in close synchronization with the internal practice teams - Managed Services/ Delivery in the defining of the region requirement and go-to-region strategy.
Develop and Manage Service Level agreements based on the Company’s service offerings and continue to manage high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide leadership for various process, continuous improvement and service transformation initiatives.
Monitors agreed KPIs and takes proactive action as needed. Monitor general trends in service delivery, address issues if a pattern is identified and support prioritization of work according to available resources/committed dead-lines.
Responsible for targeted customer satisfaction installing adequate delivery governance mechanisms.
Give input into to the budget process in the respective region. Ensure the achievement of profitability objectives by creating appropriate structures and systems and aligning organizational resources.
Brand positioning in the Region Build strong internal relations and partnerships within Organisation and across group businesses to facilitate achievement of business goals and objectives.
Build and leverage strong relationships with trade associations, media, industry leaders and other industry bodies.
Develop, manage, motivate, coach to build an effective high energy performing team. Foster a creative, achievement oriented culture and ensure high levels of employee morale and motivation within region; Own and drive people management processes including career planning, training and certification, rewards and recognition and employee engagement.
Define strategies to reward & recognize performance of employees on a regular basis.
Energize employees to be more positive with customers and co-workers.
Bring out the creative side in team for more effective problem solving.
