Job Description
12-15 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry with significant experience in implementing large scale change and transformation in operations.

2. 4-5 years experience in managing operations/transformation in KYC-AML space.

3. Knowledge of the CDD systems, policies and processes. Exposure to nuances and variances CDD requirements across various countries.

4. Focused individual who is an excellent communicator with good team skills, who has the ability to influence others by showing initiative and creativity.

5. Problem Solving Skills – ability to think ‘Out of the Box’ and independently work around issues that arise from time to time.

6. Project Management capability particularly on migration of processes from other countries/regions.

7. Fluent English written and verbal communication skills.

8. Proactive approach, with the ability to multi-task.
