We have urgent Opening for Sales Development Manager.

SALARY – 2 to 3.5Lacs ++ Incentives

Post - SM (Sales Manager).

Experience - 1 to 5years...

Age - 23 to 35 years

Post: FSC (Financial Service Consultant)
CTC- upto 3 L

Key Accountability:
1.) Business Development through Bank Branch Walk ins & Bank database
2). Sales Support to Partner & enabling them to meet LI targets
3). Driving Retail Business with aligned to Central initiatives
4). Managing quality of business
5). Processes: Issuances, renewals Collection and other business levers

Job Specifications:
1). Willingness to travel
2). Comfortable with field work
3). Good Communication skills

Preferred Qualities:
Rich Sales experience is any field

Qualification :
Minimum – Graduation

Direct Channel

1. Educate the Customer about the product
2. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
3.Close the leads assigned by the call center team
4. Activation of Maximizer and Daily follow up and lead updation in Maximizer
5. Customer Servicing
6.Collection of Renewals
7.Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues

CTC- Upto 3.5LPA + Incentives

Education: Graduate/Post Graduate

Function: Sales
Experience: Candidate with 1-4years of Experience can apply/Freshers with Good Communication skills can apply.
