To manage the ceilings covering business in the given territory / area to meet volume and Net Sales Value budget on a monthly basis.
To establish close contacts with
all key customers, specifiers and project in-charges as assigned by TSM/ASM/RSM.

Responsible for:

Sales value and volume targets for ceilings on a monthly basis in the assigned to him.
Developing close contacts with all architects & PMCs, contractors and institutions to get our products approved for projects going on in the area and other parts of the country.
Planning activities and making timely reports as agreed with the TSM/ASM/RSM.
Regular market feedback and suggestion for changes / improvements to the TSM/ASM/RSM.
Giving regular feed back on competitors activities in the area to the management.

Key data/measures for area of responsibility:
Net Sales Value & volume by managing proper product mix as per budget.
Number of projects won and lost.
New customers added during the year.
Satisfactory contacts with Architects, PMCs & Institutions.
Proper planning & Timely reporting as per agreement with TSM/ASM/RSM.
Confirming all orders closed & enquiries generated to customers and channel partners through Enq / Order forms only.
