To ensure and increase the quality of the database and oversee the correct input of data.
To handle donor relations and communicate directly with donors and other supporters.
To support all departments in campaign management by precise data selection and output of statistics.
To maintain authenticity, integrity, and confidentiality of donor and partner data and to ensure best practice standards are adhered to
To be responsible for maintaining and constantly improving Donor Data Quality.
To document processes within Data Management and to work on constantly optimizing them and creating new workflows if needed.
To answer questions via email or phone from registered donors and to register new donors.
To administer, adjust and change contact details in the database coming in via various communication channels.
To import donor data and identify missing or incorrect data.
To handle consent forms, identify missing or incorrect data and manage the same.
To identify and clean duplicates To support mas
s mailings in close cooperation with IT and handling of its returns
To track all automated processes regarding donor relations.
To aggregate data and prepare statistics to support departments.
To work collaboratively with the fundraising, donor recruitment and communications department to maximize the potential of donor and supporter data.
Any other duties as requested by the Head of Department.

Minimum graduate level education with 1-3 years relevant experience in the area of Customer Service, Communications and database management
Passion and true willingness to work for a charitable cause.
High affinity and ability to work with IT software (other databases, as well as MS-Office).
Experience in the handling of a large address data pool with an eye for detail
Basic exposure to windows desktop hardware/network troubleshooting of advantage
Basic knowledge of LAN administration, IT equipment and Asset Management as well as knowledge of Microsoft office and outlook configuration of advantage
Sensitivity and ease in rapport building with people and stakeholders
Ability to work as a team player as well as independently to build strong, mutually respectful relationships with internal colleagues and external partners.
