Job Description

Active Directory Planning, Deploying & Administration

Maintaining Microsoft Windows based AD servers (2003 & 2008).

Review Monthly backup

Monitor disk utilization org wide

Authorize Auth-Restores

Capture service performance statistics for monthly reviews

Review monthly problem management report

Create a service performance and usage report

Respond to escalation requests

Support day 2 day L3 calls on AD issues.

Administration, Support maintenance of AD 2003 & AD 2008.

Wintel Operations

Maintaining Microsoft Windows servers.

Acknowledge L2 level Previllege access MGMT, Change Ticket, level tickets & adherence of SLA

Intermediate troubleshooting skills on Windows clustering,

Support & maintenance of Windows servers (internal team)

Basic scripting & GPO ticket processing skills

Delegating & monitoring L1 tickets with onsite helpdesk team
