Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree, MBA
Experience 7 - 9 yrs.
Reporting to Head of Business (EVP) / Director
Job Profile/ Responsibilities Customer Account Management: Mapping client’s requirements such as new space requirement, lease renewals, expansion or other plans accurately
MIS: Submit sales reports as per the requirement and maintain an MIS on accounts handled.
Data Base Management: Responsible for the accuracy of data base under areas of influence.
Sales Goals Management: Achieve individual monthly / quarterly sales targets as set by management.
New Business Management: Continually look to identify further business opportunities through effective liaising with other related businesses and colleagues.
Sales Pipeline Management: Ensure there is an adequate sales pipeline/funnel and work in progress accounts for sustenance of organizations sales engine.
Market Intelligence: To manage the market intelligence process; gathering market and customer information and provide feedback on present trends
Lead Management: responsible for establishing contact on all inbound leads received for the region.
Event Participation: Represent the company at various business forums and/or business meetings to promote the company.

Good Interpersonal & Communication skills
Analytical skills to interpret documents such as legislations, regulations, leases etc
Research skills to identify and locate documents and information relating to property, markets and trends
Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Skills
Planning, Organizing and Scheduling skills to undertake work related tasks
Numeracy Skills to calculate and interpret data such as deposit, fees, monitor area and location trends
Sales Skills
Interactions (Internal/ external) Internal as well as External. Externally will require interactions with Retail heads/CFOs at Retail Business Houses
