SPECIFIC SKILLS • Minimum experience of 5 - 6 years across B2B demand generation, presales, sales enablement or field marketing. Professionals with IT services delivery experience and looking at account management as career option can also apply. • Solid experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns across channels like digital, events, social media, webinars, round tables etc. • Attention to detail, ability to connect with stakeholders and clients and collaborate across teams to achieve set objectives. • Ability to write/create content – technology as well as business centric, through collaboration with subject matter experts. • Experience in managing vendors, service providers as well as client interaction. • Familiarity with technology sales cycle and ability to deploy marketing initiatives to nurture leads, drive adoption and accelerate revenue growth. • Ability to research and remain updated with key trends affecting the customer as well as market landscape. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
