Meets or exceeds sales targets by promoting the Product portfolio and by providing limited nursing-like services to selected Health Care Professionals in the field.
To the degree necessary, educates patients about life with Product portfolio and supports them in choosing the optimal appliance and accessory out of this portfolio.
Closely follows pre-defined call plan based on Segmentation and Targeting and records activity to ensure appropriate coverage of key accounts.
Regularly gathers and feeds back market information to immediate manager to refine Segmentation and Targeting and market and competitor
Develops Account Specific Action Plans (ASAP) together with immediate manager for selected high priority accounts.
Ensures product availability in accounts.
Demonstrates to customers that product listens and responds.
Implements & executes marketing programs and provides feedback on their effectiveness.
Develops and maintains long-term relationships with KOLs leading to create company's brand preference and increase business.
Demonstrates clear understanding of clinical and technical product knowledge
Creates transparency in secondary sales e.g dealers to hospitals, pharmacies & end users.
Ensures tender mapping and executes bidding process with aim to win.
Develops and maintains productive cross-functional relationships to share knowledge and leverage synergies within the organization.
