Entry, support tracking of Archer GRC helpdesk requests from inception to resolution â¢ Creation, modification and termination of Archer GRC users â¢ Maintenance of roles and groups within user base â¢ Establishing and supporting 3rd party access â¢ Reporting open/closed ticket daily report and highlighting trends â¢ Walking end users through configuration issues using desktop share tools â¢ Assisting users with application inquires via email, phone and desktop sharing â¢ Utilizing Active Directory data to identify regional users and access rights â¢ Preparing formatted user data uploads â¢ Assisting users with training campaign questions and issues â¢ Ability to troubleshoot problems with end user participation

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
