Reporting in Incoming Quality/Process Quality / Final Quality/Customer Quality/supplier quality
Position Overview Quality head must have to take the ownership of total quality, prime job to ensure defect free delivery to the Customers. He has to define the strong process to improve internal quality to get 100% FTG. Creating strong leader and reduce overall quality cost by adopting world class tools. Must believe in lead by example philosophy
Experience 15 -20 years of experience in manufacturing & quality assurance
Location Chakan, Pune
Qualifications B.Tech/B.E. Electronics, MBA
Ensure day to day quality of sensor vertical
Dealing with varies Supplier and Customers
Customer must be safe from quality defects
Define KPI & KAI of team
To ensuring that all products being made by their organization meet company standards for quality and efficacy.
To investigate any issues that may arise related to products as mentioned into comp. description.
To help better the manufacturing process by making recommendations for improvements and help implement those recommendations that are approved. Set process in production to endure First Time Good (FTG) Parts
To ensuring that all team members work together effectively to reduce issues and increase productivity.
Develop improvements in inspections methods to improve product quality.
Train employees and supplier personnel on product requirements.
Perform quality design reviews for new products.
Resolves technical production problems.
Must have experience in handling OE customers with great PR in national & International Automotive market.
Need to possess strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
They should work effectively on their own and in a team setting as well
Knowledge of relevant & appropriate manufacturing, inspection and quality control practices
Knowledge of ISO systems & procedures and compliance with the same.
Candidate who have knowledge of TMP/Lean manufacturing /WCM /Black belt will be given preference.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
