Job Description
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in Remote Desktop support.
  • Good communication and articulation skills is must
  • Knowledge and experience on windows 7/8 OS
  • Manage Desktop (software and connectivity) incidents through to resolution.
  • Should have experience on Ticketing tool like BMC remedy,
  • Experience in email support, MS office desktop applications.
  • Should have exposure on EUC tools like AD and other remote support tools.(
  • Preferable to have a good understanding of Lync, VPN, VDI and Citrix environments
  • Should have experience on AV (Symantec ,MacAfee EPO)
  • Troubleshooting experience for desktop L2 related issue
