1. This position will be on contract â€" Off Roll
2. Profile will be complete Admin and will report to Admin Head
3. Additionally the person will have to be seated at the reception and manage front desk along with the Admin role
4. Should have experience is handling- Housekeeping, Cafetaria, Stationary, contract employees, vendor management, Bill processing, desk and landline allocation to employees. Travel management, venue booking, visa processing coordination.
5. Will have to support HR in Leave management system, Medical pre check of new joinees, issuing of visiting cards, i-cards and parking cards, event management. Awards / gifts arrangement as per the Budget allocated by HR. Helping in Facilitating CSR activities, training/ interview scheduling.
6. Should have good Negotiation skills and should be aware about Contract Labour ACT.
7. Good Communication Skills
