• He/She would be responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
• We are looking for a self-motivated individual who has experience in team handling for US IT Recruiters.
• The candidate much possess hands on experience with direct Clients/VMS clients.
• He/She should be a strong motivator who can drive the teams to meet the required SLA and a mentor who can guide and train junior recruiters in terms of critical basic skills on IT technologies
• He/She must have hands on experience and expertise in Job Diva reporting.
• He/she will be working closely with Account Manager / Delivery Manager to anticipate requirements and get the requirements filled by recruiters
• He/she should have expertise in US Recruitment Process starting from Validation of requirements to closure.
• Should be experienced in handling IT / Engineering recruitment professionals domains on contract (W2 Hourly/Salary, H1B, C2C, 1099)
• Should develop and maintain good relationship to handle team issues/grievances in a professional manner.
• Should work with management to implement productivity enhancement projects and processes.
• Should have strong managerial skills with ability to train and impart knowledge.
• Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing and competitive environment.
• Must be detail oriented with strong written/spoken skills, relationship building and team building skills.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
