Keyskills: Job description: Provide Strategy and Operations support to the Vertical Head. Program management of reviews Schedule and coordinate Business and sales reviews with internal stakeholders; follow through and track all actions to a logical closure in a fast and timely manner. Executive connect support Preparation & review of account dockets for all VH customer meetings, events and field visits. Own follow through of responses and closure of actions. Work with vertical sales & leadership team to support VH with preparation of key messages to be delivered for all executive connects. Strategic communication & employee connect support Support for periodic newsletters & exec. communication around themes like Wins, Delivery/CSAT initiatives, other initiatives and processes relevant to the Vertical. Support VH in messaging for regular leadership calls with global team and AHMs across our locations. Preparing MIS reports. Assist with primary and secondary research as and when needed.
